The Big Chop

I think I was so shocked that I was finally going to complete the big chop that I didn't even note the date. I have been natural for about five or six weeks and I am loving the freedom and liberation my hair has given me.

The chemical of a relaxer was not agreeing the meds I was taking and I didn't want to get a weave yet again so I started going to a natural hair care salon, though when I became distraught, I just had to do it without saying a word to anyone about what I was about to do. I think had I told anyone I was going to be so drastic, I would not have done it at all. I had already cut so much of my hair but trasitioning was not working for me because I saw so much breakage and I never could get the look right. So, I am going to share with you what I am going through, and if you have any, and I do mean any tips, please let me know because I am a baby trying to soak in as much as I possibly can.
