It is time to be enthusiastic about our hair that God has given us. I do not have a problem with changing up sometimes but God has given us a Crown of Glory! I am looking forward to what this year will bring to me, life which certainly my hair. My plan to track growth is to wash and do an afro blow out, I think that is the easiet way for us to stay on top of "charting"
I am a traditional twistout girl be it large for texture of small for curls. I have rodded my hair and loved it. I am all about expanding my horizon of different styles. I encourage all to do so. I am considering a sew-in just for the change but not feeling the wig thing.
Back to charting I think once a month would be fine. Right now I am most interested in looking at the styles we can achieve. The truth of the matter is that I cannot chart until my shoulder heals more. I work hard on trying to do my own hair with this shoulder thing. I think I am going to a stylist since I cannot do my hair myself. I think I am going to by myself one of those doll heads to teach Sydney how to help me and for me to experience. I have to see if there is one with my texture hair....most likely. but I can try.
So tell me what are you on the hunt for or what are your style dreams right now. Post it! The image above is where I wanted to get don't know how for from that but I do want to try it. Okay I cannot find the original one but I will show you something I like. I think this will be cute for Lindsey's wedding.
I do not know how to bring the pic of my hair over Shawn so I will tell you what I did. I soaked my hair in water for about 2 mins and added olive oil and Peppermint essential oil together and rubbed into the hair socking wet. I then created four big two strain twists and added olive oil to the ends. Then I set the ends with large foam rollers for 20 mins and it really paid off I have body and shine! I love my curls!
ReplyDeleteI like the style above very classy!

ReplyDeleteWell, it you did well, I will do a cheat for us. ;-)
ReplyDeleteChristine said she likes your hair but she thougt it was a little thin. Next time try using three instead of two, it will probably give your more fullness.
